I’m here to guide you towards finding joy in the everyday, and remind you that taking time for yourself is a profoundly selfless act.
A former actress and singer, a fashion and interior designer, and an octopus of creative skills and passions. Life always moved at a relentless pace for me. Despite intuitive whispers to slow down and seek stillness, I kept going until my world changed: at age 30, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
It was a moment that brought everything into focus.
I learned, often in the quiet of my own mind, how to ease into rest, presence and stillness. It was surreal how effortlessly my body and mind took to meditation; within the two weeks between diagnosis and lumpectomy, I’d seamlessly transitioned from rat race runner to stillness. Like my soul had been expecting it, and welcomed it with open arms.
On the day of my operation I had a mindfulness book with me on the ward, and shared quotes with the other brave women around me.
My healing led me to Los Angeles where I trained in Yoga Nidra: a meditation that helped me feel safe in my own body for the first time. It brought me to my sankalpa, my personal resolve: I am safe.
Until then, I hadn’t realised that my own body hadn’t felt like a safe haven for as long as I could remember. I experienced a drug-free natural birth with my son, and was blown away by the empowering capacity of the mind and body working together. Back in the UK I was in the pursuit of knowledge and became qualified in hypnotherapy, blending the ancient wisdom of meditation with modern neuroscience.
My belief is that meditation shouldn’t be a struggle. It’s a simple invitation to feel at home within yourself and to fill your own cup first.

I live in a beautiful Grade II Listed Parsonage, and I’m in love with everything that tells a story; antique furniture, textiles and architecture. From designing restaurant interiors to my own space, I ensure every room I create feels like a sanctuary: like that peaceful feeling of curling up in a quiet room to read a good book. I’ve worked with a Feng Shui expert to discover the best colours and energy flow around my home and meditation spaces. With 3 London restaurant designs under my belt, I have also recently designed the interior of a village pub and restaurant: The Two Pigs in Barton, Staffordshire.
I have always been pulled towards creating, whether that’s hand-crafting handbags or curating in-person experiences. I’ve worked in Fashion Design, Product Design, and Event & Experience Design in London. Nothing brings me more joy than crafting an entire sensory experience, curating what people see, smell, and how they interact with products and places. Even simple creative outlets, like creating nourishing meals or wrapping a gift, can be meditative, beautiful and necessary.
Mindfulness for me is all about living in the present day, finding joy in every little moment. During my cancer journey, I went from drinking only green tea with no milk and sugar to indulging in chocolate biscuits and drinking builders tea by the bucket load. Wear those cashmere socks and light that new candle. Don’t save your best for a special occasion: today is all we have.

The day after my cancer diagnosis, I received a beautiful package from a friend.
It contained a lovely patchouli candle and some sumptuous cashmere socks. This thoughtful gift had an enormous impact on me. The luxuriously soft socks and gentle flicker of the candle light quite literally forced me to sit down, breathe and relax.
Something so simple felt extremely poignant to me: it was mind-shifting and state-altering. It made me realise that true healing and transformation can happen in moments of stillness and peace. Rest isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity for profound change, and this realisation inspired me to explore mind reprogramming techniques that embrace both relaxation and renewal.
